Camera permission denied
- •When prompted, tap "Allow" to give camera access
- •If you accidentally denied, go to your browser settings
- •Look for "Permissions" or "Site Settings"
- •Find this site and enable camera permission
- •Refresh the page after changing settings
Camera already in use
- •Close any other apps or browser tabs using the camera
- •Restart your browser if the issue persists
- •On iOS: Double-tap home button and swipe up on other apps
Camera shows black screen
- •Make sure you are using the rear camera
- •Check if something is covering the camera lens
- •Try restarting your browser
- •On some phones, try in a brighter location
No camera found
- •This app requires a device with a camera
- •Tablets without cameras cannot run this activity
- •Ask a facilitator for a device with a camera
